What you'll do

This position Talent Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role researching, preparing, launching and driving the evolution of critical talent initiatives such as Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Planning across the business. The role is critical in advising and consulting the leadership team on the best practice design, roll out and enablement of our business leaders, to successfully drive improvement in our talent assessment and development approach.

As a Talent Program Manager, you will work in interlock with senior leaders of specialist functions such as Talent Development, People Operations and our Talent, Culture and Experience teams developing and executing HR strategies to drive organizational effectiveness. The ability to bridge the gap between HR business partnering and overall company performance will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate for this role has successfully supported talent initiatives and performance management, as well as having exposure to the HR Business Partnering organizations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, HR Business Partners.

Responsibility

  • Identify, create/improve and oversee the implementation of the processes that support and enhance employee performance as per the company's objectives
  • Develop HR strategy, solutions and strategic plans to optimize and improve our talent portfolio
  • Gather and assess business intelligence and the necessary data to assess employee performance and support HRBPs to identify individual and departmental talent concerns and development barriers
  • Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee/manager feedback on talent program initiatives
  • Facilitate organizational diagnosis and metrics to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Act as a catalyst for change; design and direct best-in-class talent programs such as Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Planning
  • Develop robust talent management oversight to drive culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical roles
  • Provide HR practitioners with insightful training practices to optimize our talent initiatives
  • Partner with HRBPs and ERBPs on talent programs, enabling them to successfully deliver exceptional client engagement and employee experience
  • Lead process and program improvement initiatives to drive cross-functional HR workstreams

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of HR Programs or Business Partnering experience in SaaS companies with a Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience related to designing, building and executing programs related to performance and talent management
  • Experience delivering, influencing, and executing new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support people related decision-making

Preferred

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor/consultant that can influence without authority
  • Experience with setting/delivering against ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations and constantly improving
  • Great communicator and team-worker comfortable navigating global organization structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong solutions' focus and being comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
  • Experience in building, maintaining and developing strategic talent programs
  • Knowledge and awareness of performance management and talent assessment systems, tools and techniques


Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 - $162,625 base salary
