Director, Global Campaigns and Launches

In this position you will need a combination of strategy and execution skills, and a passion for analytics and data-driven marketing. You will define and implement an integrated campaign strategy across the organization and lead the global rollout, working closely with demand generation, field marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive the campaign calendar and best practices.


The goal of this role is to translate messaging and the Fortinet value proposition into comprehensive campaigns and programs that can be executed by the global marketing teams. You will:

  • Drive and manage the go-to-market strategy, plan, and execution for our top tier global launches and integrated campaigns to promote Fortinet cybersecurity leadership and offerings while focused on driving revenue growth.
  • Develop integrated marketing programs and define clear campaign goals and objectives across a variety of tactics and through cross-functional collaboration with demand gen, digital, content, creative, social, product marketing, and regional field marketing teams.
  • Proactively lead the coordination with regional Field Marketing teams to support them in delivering integrated plans globally and locally.
  • Build a regular update cadence with relevant leadership on campaign impacts, plan deliverables, and timelines.
  • Measure, analyze, report, and help optimize program performance.


Your Experience

  • 12+ years of relevant, B2B marketing experience with specific experience developing global campaigns and programs; preference for candidates with experience in cybersecurity or high-growth technology companies.
  • Marketing launch experience including creating GTM (go-to-market) plans that integrate needs of and deliverables for corporate communications, web, channel, sales enablement, and demand generation.
  • Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of different cultures and needs around the world.
  • Proven track record of working at the tactical and strategic level to develop and execute innovative, impactful and effective multidimensional global campaigns.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and able to prioritize and execute on multiple workstreams and track projects from briefing to launch.
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $200,000 - $250,000. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion.
