Technical Sales Director, Shoulder (Pacific West)

What will you be doing?

As a Shoulder Technical Sales Director, you'll collaborate with Commercial Marketing and Sales Management to drive the implementation of launch and sales execution plans. In this role, you will serve as a critical link in driving the Limited Market Release of new products, play a pivotal role in the Full Market Release, account conversions, and the implementation of Commercialization's roadmaps. As the Technical Sales Director, Shoulder, you will also be instrumental in the development of Associate Shoulder Sales Representatives, 1099 business partners, and Shoulder Sales Representatives.

Your pathway to success is firmly rooted in your technical prowess within the total shoulder portfolio, alongside your talent for encouraging positive connections with surgeons and hospital staff. Your role also involves guiding and instructing them on the proper utilization and maintenance of our product equipment.

We're on the lookout for dedicated sales professionals who can quickly grasp a high level of technical knowledge related to shoulder surgery while simultaneously providing outstanding support to our valued customers. It's all about ensuring the best possible solutions for our patients!

We're seeking goal-oriented champions who are deeply passionate about forming relationships that not only boost sales revenue within their assigned territory but also leave a lasting impact on patient outcomes. Our dedicated sales team focuses and commits by delivering outstanding technical support, guaranteeing that our products are readily available to meet the needs of both our customers and the patients they serve

What will you need?

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the medical device industry, excelling in sales, marketing, technical sales support, or sales management. They should demonstrate dynamic leadership, effective communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A strong understanding of the link between marketing and company profitability is critical, with prior P&L responsibility being a plus. Familiarity with OR protocols and interaction with surgeons and hospital staff is important. The role demands physical agility, with the ability to travel frequently, lift up to 30 lbs, and attend conventions.

Travel Requirements: within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences

All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $115,000- $125,000.00 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
