Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's Quality and Reliability team is looking for a talented Senior Staff Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for the new product qualification and reliability testing of advanced semiconductor products. The candidate will work with stress testing labs and cross-functional teams to execute the qualification and testing activities. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on leading edge products.

What You Can Expect

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define and prepare the new product/process qualification plan.
  • Build product qualification schedule and provide frequent status updates for the qualification activities.
  • Drive robust execution of qualification and reliability testing for new products per agreed qualification plans.
  • Define the requirements for the qualification hardware (HTOL, HAST board etc.) and work with the testing labs and internal teams to design, verification and delivery of the qual hardware.
  • Manage reliability suppliers/subcontractors for execution of product qualification tests.
  • Support the qualification of new vendors for reliability evaluation, product qualification and test.
  • Write internal and customer-facing product qualification reports.
  • Drive the failure analysis activities as needed for qualification /reliability evaluation.
  • Support customer quality and reliability information requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor degrees in Engineering fields. Masters or higher are desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in product qualification and reliability testing for semiconductor products.
  • Knowledge in semiconductor fabrication processes, packaging technologies and project planning and scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor stress testing methodology (HTOL, HAST, TC, HTS, ESD, LU etc.), industrial standards (including JEDEC, AEC and Telcodia) and requirements.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills as well as strong planning and organization skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience working with vendors on stress pattern bring-up, execution of testing, and test hardware design and build.
  • Experience with reliability data statistical analysis and the use of data analysis software tools is a plus ( e.g JMP)
  • Good understanding of FMEA process and risk assessment is a plus.

Hands-on experience with data scoping and HTOL set-up is needed.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

105,110 - 157,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
