Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe dress code for proper appearance.
  • Comply with all security regulations as mandated by local authorities and unit management.
  • Answers all calls from customers with respect to up-counts and changes of flight information and communicates that information to proper channels for execution.
  • Make sure that catering vehicle is dispatched to proper gate for specific flight that loads are intended for.
  • Ensure that truck arrives at proper location at proper time.
  • Maintain communication with catering vehicle and operations supervisor
  • Conduct interpersonal relations with airline personnel in a courteous professional manner at all times.
  • Maintain and update all radio logs, trip records, and reports, vouchers, boarding bills, invoices and other documentation accurately and completely.
                                                                                   
Job Qualifications:
 
  • Education/Experience -High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Ability -  Able to communicate effectively in English with store personnel
  • Math Ability - Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Manual Dexterity  -  Able to work with hands to handle food containers
  • Reasoning Ability - Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook strongly preferred
  • Background Check – Must pass 10 year background check  and drug screening
