Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova is seeking a FT Houseperson to join our great team and enjoy all the benefits of our exciting hotel environment. This position is responsible for assisting Guest Room Attendants with linens and trash. Will maintain the cleanliness and the appearance of the hotel. Various cleaning projects as needed. This position will also work all other positions (Guest Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Lobby Attendant) as needed. Must have open availability and be able to work Monday-Sunday.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Houseperson, Guest Room Attendant, Lobby Attendant experience in a full service hotel or similar job experience preferred
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in a team orientated environment
• Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to:
• Standing and walking during entire 8 hour shift
• Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours and carries supplies
