We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to the Americas Marketing department. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing communication, and providing excellent customer service. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.

Responsibilities:

Communication and Scheduling:

  • Answer and screen emails and calls, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for department Sr. Director
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of key decisions and action items.
  • Compose and send professional emails and correspondence on behalf of Sr. Director.

Administrative Support:

  • Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
  • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for Sr. Director and other staff as needed.
  • Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
  • Administer marketing and compliance tools, such as on24 and in-house developed tools.
  • Manage webinar accreditations for attendees.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person.


Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HCM (e.g, Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
  • Typical Education and Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent; 3 - 5 years of related experience.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $56,000 - Max $95,600

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
