The EXE Continuous Improvement Project Lead will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within machine maintenance at customer sites. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and a track record of implementing change. The role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to process optimization, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and project management.

Role and responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and challenges, and ensure alignment of continuous improvement initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.

  • Best Practice Sharing: Identify and promote best practices to drive standardization and efficiency across customer sites.

Education and experience
  • BS engineering degree with 3+ experience in project leadership, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

  • MS/PhD engineering accepted without above experience.

  • Engineers with greater than 5 years' experience in a customer support department for high tech product preferred.

  • Engineers with at least 3 years of ASML micro-lithography system experience preferred.

Other information

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

  • The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level.

  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.

  • Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.

  • Can learn and apply new information or skills.

  • Travel up to 20% (domestic or international) might be required.

Role within Office

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
