In this role you'll:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Rider-Only fleet and ensuring operational targets are met
• Maximize fleet performance and reduce cost by ensuring vehicles are being used to effectively and efficiently through productive missions and trips
• Ensure fleet health & safety by monitoring Rider-Only fleet performance and taking corrective action
• Verify high availability and reliability of the fleet by monitoring fleet utilization & commercialization needs
• Be the primary liaison to assist and direct internal teams through actionable tasks and ensure their proper execution to foster effective collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Rider-Only Product teams to perform comprehensive testing of new functionality, verify software updates, identify bugs, and provide clear and specific feedback
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues that arise, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
• Maintain quality control by conducting regular audits of RO fleet and team performance and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

• 10+ years of experience in operations, specifically fleet management, logistics, transportation or operations management
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and reporting software to report metrics and performance trends
• Strong data experience to deep dive issues and ensure escalations are addressed promptly
• The ability to work with multiple organizations, including Product, Engineering and operational leadership
