About the role:

In the Accounts Payable Team we are looking for a person responsible for performing the posting of invoices and credit notes on a timely and efficient manner. The person will also take care of disputing management and vendor account reconciliation.

What you will do:

  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

  • Perform invoice and general ledger data entry

  • Execute vendor account reconciliation

  • Vendor account creation and maintenance

  • Dispute track, query and resolution

  • Monthly closing activities

What we are looking for:

  • Finance and AccountingVocational

  • Possesses strong data entry skills and basic mathematical calculations skills.

  • Attention to details, accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.

  • Great communication skills

  • Able to negotiate, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
