Job Description
The Talent Analystsources top talent ("candidates") to fulfill open job orders and develop the candidate matrix.This position isresponsible for supporting sales and recruiting objectives while achieving performance metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify candidates and/or job seekers using job boards, internet searches, social media, professional networking events, existing internal database, referrals, and more.
  • Perform sourcing activities including initial outreach via phone or email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix.
  • Perform weekly pre-screens and/or matrix sourcing according to established activity goals.
  • Generate leads via candidate interactions that support business development/sales and recruitment efforts.
  • Consistently utilizeApplicant Tracking System to log all activity.
  • Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
