Our Customer Support Consultants perform a variety of customer service activities for internal and external customers, providing information, investigating concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responding to customer phone and other communications, addresses questions/issues/problems/concerns.

This position will be a hybrid position based out of our Scarborough, ME location. Preferred onsite days will include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely Monday and Friday. Training for this position will be onsite Monday through Friday. Full time schedule and training hours are 8am-5pm ET at a minimum of 3 months on site.
