Job Description:

Zscaler is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) to drive and execute against our go-to-market strategy for Zscaler's Cyber Security portfolio. You will be part of a team that covers a broad range of Zscaler's product portfolio in industry categories ranging from SWG, ZTNA, Sandbox, and Browser Isolation and more. This candidate will lead product marketing efforts for Deception, ITDR, and AppProtection specifically, to drive pipeline and revenue growth

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand market segments, their needs, buyer personas, and their journeys, and vendorscape to build deeply persuasive and differentiated messaging, content and assessments.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand product roadmaps to craft, execute, and measure audience-centric product launches.
  • Develop marketing plans, working closely with sales, demand generation, web/digital, and field and customer marketing to create industry-leading experiences to generate a healthy pipeline and strong customer expansion programs.
  • Train and enable a rapidly growing sales organization to discover, qualify, and progress opportunities.
  • Become a recognized and respected marketer in the field of Zero Trust and specific product area of responsibility by building and sharing thought-provoking and awareness-building content like blogs and byline articles, and at customer events, conferences, webinars, sales meetings.
  • Generate product-oriented content that showcases product differentiation and capabilities, including slide decks, data sheets, product one-pagers, ebooks, and web content.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams on projects to drive alignment, execution, business results, and drive overall collegiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+yrs in enterprise product marketing for high tech companies. Must currently work in product marketing.
  • Experience in enterprise cybersecurity solutions. Experience in sales engineering, product or technical marketing, or as a practitioner is a plus.
  • Analytical with a creative mind, data-oriented ability to juggle many projects, and able to rapidly anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Self-starter who loves to generate and try out new ideas, and likes to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$175,000$210,000 USD
