About The Job

Dudek is seeking a subject matter expert with a proven track record in Microsoft 365 and Power platform. The lead will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and extending our Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint environments. The role requires expertise in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting core Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint environments, along with leveraging the capabilities of the Power Platform, to facilitate efficient collaboration, content and document management, and workflow management for our enterprise. In addition, the candidate should be able to create work specifications, processes flows, design and develop requirements documentation for evaluating moderately complex tasks.

The team is looking for a team player who can immerse themselves in a fast-moving environment with exposure to different business functional teams contributing to overall client experience. Must have solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be Innovative, disciplined and results driven.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions according to best practices and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
  • Implement best practices for security, governance, and performance within Power Platform applications and SharePoint Online
  • Provide user training and support for M365 collaboration, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance as needed.
  • Proactively monitor new features, functionalities, and best practices related to M365, the Power Platform, and SharePoint and recommend applicable capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 and Power Platform certifications) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Apps & Power Automate configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite functionality, including OneDrive, SharePoint, as well as Power Automate workflows, connectors, and process automation.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.

Proposed Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 annually*

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
