Milestone Technologies Inc. is currently hiring for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the Long Beach, CA area.
This role will be Fulltime 8am - 5pm PST, onsite in Long Beach.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Provide support for SAP ByDesign, Concur, and OBIEE (specifically finance reports).
* Create data dictionaries for various unique systems.
* Manage work using Jira Service Desk tickets.
* Review and update relevant documentation using Confluence.
* Review issues in monitoring dashboards.
* Comfortable navigating Windows Server Operating System, including restarting servers, services, or applications.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Experience with SAP, Concur, OBIEE, Finance Reports, Database and Ticketing tools.
* Must be a self-starter that takes initiative.
* Understanding of Microsoft SQL and Oracle database structures.
* Experience with data dictionaries and documentation in team workspace systems.
* Skilled in navigating dashboards and upgrading software following vendor-provided instructions.
* Experience with SAP.
* 5-7 years of accounting or billing experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $83,200/Yr. - USD $91,707/Yr. and is an Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
