The Opportunity

Adobe has some of the most interesting stories in the world to tell, come help us tell them! We're looking for a Social Creative Director to help us take our social content to the next level. Working with an in-house team of makers, production partners, and agencies, the Creative Director will be responsible for developing industry-leading creative across all social platforms. This role is a player-coach position, where the ideal candidate will be able to take things from concept to final delivery, maintaining a high level of conceptual thinking while also being able to finesse the details. As part of our newly formed Social Editorial team, you'll be bringing to life Adobe's content strategy and ensuring that Adobe's social channels are best in class.

What You'll Do

  • Work with in-house studio/maker team as well as social agencies to oversee all social creative
  • Maintain high bar for quality and creative output, creating industry-leading work
  • Lead concepting and brainstorming for larger social activations and buzzworthy moments
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to ensure insights and briefs are strong
  • Act as a player-coach, working with teams to bring ideas to life
  • Work with Editorial Director to develop content strategies and franchises

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years at an agency, media company, or brand focused on social creative work
  • Hands-on maker experience, from concepting to production, with a willingness to rollup your sleeves and get in the weeds of execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, newsroom-style team
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior creatives
  • Willingness to take on all types of projects, big and small
  • A deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats
  • Experience with both product and consumer marketing
  • Experience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activation
  • Proficiency in Adobe software

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,300 -- $234,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
