The role:

The eCommerce Manager is responsible for the creation, management and ongoing sustainable growth of the Bondi Sands online retail business in North America & Canada, with our brand values, DNA and our customers' experience & satisfaction in mind. By providing an attractive and convenient online shopping experience for our customers, our eCommerce platforms will ultimately provide a profitable business unit for the company.

Working closely with the North America marketing and global marketing and digital transformational teams to successfully develop and execute the regional eCommerce strategy, you will be primarily responsible for our North America online revenue, undertaking various developmental plans driven by data analysis to drive sales, maximize conversion, increase help repeat purchases, increased basket size and customer acquisition by providing an optimal shopping experience that aligns with the Bondi Sands brand and customer experience strategy.

What you will do:

  • Support the implementation of the North American eCommerce roadmap in line with business omnichannel objectives
  • Leverage eCommerce and omni-channel strategies to improveeCommerce sales performance across the company
  • Design and Execute Roadmaps as a tool to help drive the success of the eCommerce marketing strategy
  • Manage day to day relationship with international distributor and supply chain to ensure product is correctly advertised as per stock availability
  • Boost customer growth through incorporating the effective use of SEO / SEM techniques to attract new customers
  • Cultivate an innovative, brand-stylish and functional website(s) that will drive new traffic and deliver a seamless online navigational experience to convert visitors into customers, whilst maximizing profitability of our online business
  • Oversee the look, feel and design of the website via merchadising, etc. working closely with global teams to ensure eCommerce/digital excellence is met

What you will need:

  • Experience as an in-house eCommerce Manager
  • Minimum 5-years' experience gained within eCommerce and Digital roles
  • Industry experience within beauty, fashion or FMCG product
  • Experience of driving revenue to $5 million +
  • Experience marketing to a similar shopper - Gen Z / Millennial highly regarded
  • Experience with multi-device platforms
  • Demonstrated experience growing customers, sales and database size
  • Experience of B2C and B2B platforms desirable
  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Commerce and/or Information Technology

A reasonable salary range is: $77,000 - $105,000.
