Position Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Davey! This position will work out of Santa Cruz, Ca. We are looking for someone that is available to work weekends and overtime when needed. This position will work in the morning, must be flexible with start time between 7am and 8am.

Job Duties
  • Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office
  • Field prospective and current client calls
  • Proposal, production and initiation of contracts
  • Process employee time sheets
  • Maintain various databases and spreadsheets
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Minimum one-year experience in office processes and administration procedures
  • Outstanding telephone and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Preferred: working experience with CRM and SAP systems
