As the Manager, Community Affairs you will create a values-aligned impact in communities where LS&Co. operates, using grantmaking, employee giving and volunteerism, with a focus on sustainability, voting rights and racial justice. You will report into the Director, Community Affairs and will be based in San Francisco, California.

About the Job
  • Manage and implement employee volunteerism, civic engagement and community involvement programs in the US and globally.

  • Manage employee grantmaking program, developing global community partnerships and establishing relationships with employees and community ambassadors around the world.

  • Manage online grantmaking system, Benevity, and coordinate administrative and logistical aspects of employee volunteerism and Community Affairs corporate grantmaking to ensure processes reduce complexity for employees, increase engagement in the community, and deliver results.

  • Develop global tools to support global strategy, and manage core, high-profile community events and programs including: Community Day, ERG giving campaigns.

  • Internally engage with employees globally, especially Corporate Affairs, Human Resources (DE&I), Finance, and Retail.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or related field

  • Experience in community engagement, data management, and campaign management.

  • Experience developing programs and policies, leading grant budget accountability, and employee giving budget accountability.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
