Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager of Finance Digital Transformation and Process Automation to join our team. In this role, you will lead the finance department's efforts in leveraging digital technologies and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions and automation initiatives across finance and accounting, working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making ability including strong problem solving, project management, and analytical skills. Qualified candidates will be able to:
    • Analyze and redesign business processes to be more efficient
    • Engineer technical solutions to automate existing processes
    • Act as a team player who collaborates with business partners to achieve objectives
    • Prioritize multiple projects under specific deadlines
  • Financial automation & analysis
    • Working knowledge of general ledgers including chart of accounts, management reporting structures, standard costing
    • Financial modeling skills and expert knowledge in next generation analytics and software solutions
    • Assist with financial statements automation across multiple business units within the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to interpret data and present the findings to relevant stakeholders at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent relationship building skills; exhibits strong leadership and creates trust
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with little oversite
  • Open minded to provide practical solutions to complex business needs
  • Strong curiosity and investigative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Knowledge of software solutions and applications

  • Expert level experience with MS Office including building data models within programs like Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI, Alteryx or Tableau
  • Extensive experience with programming including, but not limited to, Python, R, Visual Basic or JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of data related Python libraries
  • Database administration with experience in various data extraction systems like MySQL/MariaDB, Snowflake, PostrgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 &Sybase
  • Basic understanding of DevOps
  • Prior accounting experience with systems like Oracle, JDEdwards, AS400, Great Plains, Paradigm, Workday, Cognos TM1 & Kronos. Experience with maximizing functionality and capabilities of Oracle finance and accounting modules is strongly preferred
  • Extensive BI visualization experience with Cognos Analytics, PowerBI or Tableau

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information systems, or Computer Science; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a Master's degree of broad-based experience across accounting and finance including at least 5 years of experience in a large organization evaluating and improving accounting and finance processes and driving digital transformation and change
  • Proven record of having delivered automation solutions to streamline/improve manual processes and achieve efficiency in the manipulation, processing or analysis of complex data
Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$136,911 - $240,775

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
