To ensure that all guest and room requests are satisfied within a timely manner.

*This is a seasonal position with an anticipated start date of May 15, 2024, and an end date of September 15, 2024.

Deliver all guest requests within 15 minutes (i.e., rollaways, cribs, refrigerators, extra amenities, etc.).
• Deliver all room requests in timely manner (replacing shower curtains, bedspreads, lamps, etc.).
• Pick up and discard all room trash from storage closets.
• Keep supply room organized, break down and discard boxes.
• Keep accurate inventory of all specialty items (ionizers, cribs, rollaways, etc.).
• Keep golf carts clean and charged.
• Clean and polish irons.
• Adhere to all Standards of Conduct as outlined in the Associate Handbook

• Prefer someone with previous hotel experience and bilingual, Spanish and English.

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean DMV Printout
