We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Leave and Accommodations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various leave and disability regulations while providing support to employees during their leave of absence. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence three days a week and remote work two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leave and Accommodation Administration - all of Americas:
- Manage leaves in accordance with country, federal, state, or local requirements and company policy.
- Determine eligibility for FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, state-specific leaves, and other approved leaves of absence.
- Oversee auditing processes for LOA, FMLA, Intermittent FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation.
- Manage active and pending LOAs, including eligibility, physician certifications, start/end dates, check-ins, and return-to-work dates.
- Process leave records and transactions in Workday.
- Coordinate with platform HR on the return-to-work process and identify opportunities for reasonable accommodations.

2. Employee Support and Project Management:
- Coordinate interactive process meetings and accommodation plans for employees under ADA and Federal Employment and Housing Act regulations.
- Answer employee questions and assist with open enrollment.
- Manage medium to large complex projects related to HR and benefits.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated or complex leaves of absence, ADA accommodation, and benefit matters.
- Collaborate with HR, other departments, and external partners for effective communication and resolution.
- Interpret and provide information to managers and employees on the interaction of leave laws with paid time off, workers compensation, and short-term and long-term disability benefits, and ADA.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on all leave benefits costs, including fixed costs, claims, and contributions.
- Evaluate metrics and provide regular recommendations to the HR Director for improvement.
- Oversee and reconcile HRIS leave data against external LOA Administrator, Payroll, and Employee Health leave data and update HR records as necessary.

5. Compliance and Training:
- Maintain/oversee compliance with company policies and country, state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with departments like Learning & Development to develop training materials and benefit plan communication documents.
- Facilitate management training sessions, educate employees and managers on available leaves, and communicate appropriate leave rights and responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on leave administration and benefits.
- Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, USERRA, Workers Compensation, and other relevant regulations.

-Knowledge of leave laws in Americas, highly desired
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
