Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading HR / ER projects or working in an HR operational global environment
  • Strong US Employment law knowledge and practice
  • Process engineering skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of using People-centered technologies such as ServiceNow CRM and WorkDay to solve People processes specifically in building severance components and ER functionality
  • Tableau skills
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills and ability to actively listen to solve problems and influence decision making within all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented perspective
  • You have significant experience leading HR / ER projects or working in a ER operational global environment.
  • Strong US Employment law knowledge and practice
  • Knowledge of People-centered technologies such as ServiceNow CRM and/or WorkDay


Description

Apple's Global ER Operational Team, an Operational function of Apple's Global Employee Relations team whose focus is serving the ER team and ensuring the policy, process, systems and tools used are best in class. We are seeking a talented process manager to lead and manage key improvements and new ways of working for the Employee Relations team globally. This role will be essential in helping us achieve operational excellence while providing our employees and partners with a world-class ER experience. This individual will be responsible for sensitive ER processes and ER data reporting and therefore data accuracy and attention to detail is paramount for this role to champion. This role will also work cross-functionally with internal partners to develop, implement and maintain programs that will support our Employee Relations team members to do the best work of their lives. Examples of these initiatives vary from creating and streamlining ER processes as well as supporting smaller regional specific projects that impact the employee experience and transform how we work in ER.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
