This role is responsible for the investigation, analysis, and conversion of customer needs into effective and sustainable solutions.

The Business Analyst role involves liaising with internal departments as well as interacting with key partners and third parties to identify opportunities and inefficiencies and to design solutions to address the opportunities.

Candidate Profile.

We are looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of agile concepts and themes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated capability in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver results. Being well versed in business modeling, requirements definition and management as well as excellent written and verbal communication is key.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $82.000,00 - $109.000,00
