What We DoDo you have a growth mindset desiring autonomy, mastery and purpose in delivering superior software solutions? Are you interested in creating and securing applications on Salesforce? We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team to lead security & governance strategy in a multi-org environment. You will ensure that solutions deployed have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to a growing operation while strengthening the robustness of our security model across a federation of multi-org enterprise setup. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis to create and maintain our best-of-breed technology solutions. As a curious, proactive, self-motivated contributor, you will ensure that solutions deployed adhere to cutting edge security architecture.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrable Apex development experience: custom classes, triggers, controllers, components and understanding of governor limits
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other business applications via Mulesoft (REST & SOAP endpoints)
  • Understanding of Dev Sec Ops practices, change sets and deployments
  • Foundation of .net / .net core principles including AWS, Azure or other integrated Cloud technologies
  • Developing Lightning web components with validation
  • Experience using data loader, flows, process builder
  • Familiarity with SQL, SOQL and SOSL best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in Cloud based PaaS and SaaS solutions with a passion towards Security & Governance
  • Comfortable coordinating with distributed teams via Agile working framework (US + India)
  • Promotes openness, inquisitiveness, positivity, teamwork and especially integrity
  • Cost Conscious in self-declared timelines, balancing urgency, and importance

Preferred Certification(s)

  • Salesforce Certified Developer / Platform Developer I

Pay Range: $73,678 - $108, 350 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
