Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Relations Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with B2B influencers, including select Esri customers and non-Esri-affiliated individuals. You will act as a brand steward in selecting and evaluating social media influencers to help tell the Esri brand story through multiple channels and marketing campaigns. We are looking for creative, results oriented individuals who are passionate about growing awareness of GIS and how its application can change the world.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results. Conduct research to source, vet, and evaluate social media influencers for potential collaborations. Draft social media copy and create and maintain a content calendar as it relates to Influencer Relations content. Support virtual and in-person event programming.
  • Communicate and collaborate. Work across Esri teams to help vet inbound social media influencer relations requests and ensure they align with Influence Marketing priorities. Collaborate with leadership to onboard social media influencers. Create engaging social content that fulfills creative briefs and inspires engagement.
  • Think analytically. Create program recaps and report benchmark monthly results and productivity. Track and analyze influencer marketing campaigns to measure their impact and ROI. Analyze influencer marketing trends and report back regularly to the team. Report on key metrics required for building a new program and suggest strategic approaches based on data and insights.
  • Innovate and adapt. Stay up to date on industry trends. Suggest new processes and workflows according to leadership to create innovation. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to solve problems and determine appropriate action.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer relations and/or social media marketing
  • Bachelor's in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of social media marketing industry as well as influencer relations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain organized and deliver results on time
  • Previous experience successfully managing projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage database information
  • Basic understanding of video editing and editing software

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560$104,000 USD
