What your day-to-day will look like:The Receptionist provides general office support responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Create a positive first impression as you greet customers, guests, and employees.
Provide the necessary information, direction, and assistance.
Provide security badges for visitors and employees.
Be sure all calls are answered in a timely manner, using the Company's protocol, and transferring them to the respective departments and individuals.
Manage and direct mail and couriers, including coordinating pick-up and delivery, confirming delivery/receipt with appropriate resolving any related issues in a timely manner.
Participate in Facility programs with an expectation to continue learning and grow as a professional.
Support the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator for JLL on clerical matters.
Respond to basic client and general enquiries and escalate complex queries to the appropriate parties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Comply with all the policies and procedures of JLL and client facility.
Required experience and skills: 2+ years of proven work experience with facility/property administration experience inthe commercial real estateindustry
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer serviceand relationship building skills
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Mapping anddatabase software
Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment located inconference rooms
Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
Preferred experience and skills:Some college in a related field such as business, hospitality, property management is desirable
Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written is highly desirable
