PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services and Operations, the Advancement Operations Database Coordinator supports the operations of the External Relations Institutional Advancement (ERIA) department by maintaining the integrity of the Raiser's Edge database,managing the accuracy of data from various platforms into the Raiser's Edge and collaborating with division team members on projects related to fundraising, gift processing, alumnae and parent engagement, stewardship, and community communications.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred oranycombination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the job.
One to three years' experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM and Online
engagement systems is preferred.
Experience in higher education or non-profit fundraising is preferred.

HOURS & CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS:
This is a regular status, full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible, non-exempt position.
The regular hours of this position are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.Hours may vary due to the needs of the College or department and may include some evenings and weekends.
Hourly rate range: $22-$24.50. The hourly rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
