GENERAL SUMMARY

Provides overall support for the department ensuring CRA activities are correctly qualified under the Community Reinvestment Act. Responsible for the coordination of service activities, completion of reports that monitor and track CRA service test performance. Assists with other assignments that contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an effective CRA compliance program for the Bank.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Act as the main contact for CRA Service SharePoint (CRA Connect) assistance.
    • Respond to CRA service emails and inquiries.
    • Provide CRA Connect user training, as needed.
    • Input service opportunities.
    • Input new/existing community partners data into department databases.
    • Review/Approve any inquiries/requests.
    • Assist with CRA Connect Foundation.
  • Prepare Outreach Status (CRA Service) Report for Director of Community Development (DCD)
  • Provide Service Status Report for DCD and for other regional managers.
  • Coordinate service/events accordingly.
    • Recruit volunteers.
    • Set-up training for volunteers.
    • Print materials and laptop set up.
    • Order promotional items.
  • Coordinate and act as a liaison for bank sponsored lunches and dinners (galas)
    • Confirm attendees.
    • Work with community partners to ensure guestlists are provided timely, ads and logos provided, etc.
  • Produce analytical reports for Self-Assessment/Performance Context and CRA examinations.
  • Assist with the maintenance of CRA information updates - Intranet, public file, Bulletin, forms, and charts.
  • Assist department manager with setting up meetings with community partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience; prior CRA experience preferred.
  • Skills/Ability: Good organizational and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Highly organized, results-oriented with strong attention to detail and good follow-through skills. Highly enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Willingness to work overtime occasionally to accomplish and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

OTHER DETAILS

$25.00 - $29.81 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
