Job Description
Sr. Product Managers, Supply Chain Systems with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Irvine, CA. Lead and support the software product development lifecycle, creating a scalable supply chain platform - an ecosystem of internally built applications that support all supply chain activities. Support internally built tools/software platforms, systems & applications through the entire lifecycle: conceptualize and gather requirements, create UI mockups, lead development, and manage product rollout to business & user trainings. Collaborate closely with the UI/UX designers, development teams and integrations team to develop and execute on a roadmap of system solutions needed to support key business processes. Act as the subject-matter expert for business processes and/or solutions. Prioritize the backlog and translate requirements into workable user stories. Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
RQMTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management or a closely related field and 2 years [or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years] of experience in any occupation involving supply chain management, product management, or related. Must have experience with: Business Process Reengineering - process optimization, process redesign, or development of new supply chain business processes/policies; Leading and/or managing Enterprise Business Systems Deployment or App development; Analyzing pros and cons of system design alternatives and recommending optimal solutions; Software Product Management; and UI/UX.
