We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to lead our Core Laboratory night shift. As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include: * Supervise the daily operations of the Core Lab, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance. * Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures. * Provide guidance and support to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Salary Range: $105,200.00 - $250,600.00/year
Qualifications

* Possess a current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor's degree. * Minimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience, with prior experience in leading and directing a team preferred. * Familiarity with Core Laboratory test menu, including the various testing services offered, their applications, and appropriate utilization protocols, strongly preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.
