Job Description

We are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced operations analyst focusing on termination document creation to join our Global People Solutions Team. The analyst will be responsible for partnering across several teams to calculate, create and manage documents and all related processes.

This individual will focus on building a culture of continuous improvement ensuring efficient and consistent employee/stakeholder experience. They will work closely with People Business Partners/Employee Relations, Legal partners and employees to provide accurate operational support and guidance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Calculate and prepare cost analysis/estimates for separation agreements.

  • Create and revise employee termination documents as per the company's policy and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with People Business Partners/Employee Relations and legal advisors to ensure the accuracy and legality of termination documents.

  • Provide guidance to employees about documents and exiting procedures.

  • Track and maintain cost analysis and process payments by partnering with our finance and payroll stakeholders

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or related fields.
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on document creation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and legal requirements related to severance.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 73,400.00 to 103,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
