Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager General, we'll count on you to:

  • Manage and coordinate tasks and/or multi-disciplinary teams in support of a variety of projects.
  • Plan, organize, track, and evaluate work through proactive project management.
  • Manage, lead, assist with, and/or provide oversight on a variety of projects in support of the preparation of geotechnical studies, designs, design documentation, and criteria, and cost estimates.
  • Provide and or assist with technical reviews and provide guidance related to design and construction, agency coordination, and overall project implementation.
  • May assist on pursuits of various projects.
  • May prepare and/or review scopes and fees related to civil work.
  • Perform engineering assignments that may require critical thinking and creativity to address unique elements that have limited or no specific code based guidance.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship of staff.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Must have the ability to interact with various teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE/GE
  • PMP certification

The expected compensation range for this position is $117,194 - $167,420 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
