We are seeking a leader that is passionate about consumer/patient centric creative based on both buyer and consumer insights. The Senior Creative Strategy Manager will develop overall brand narrative and copy, along with providing direction to the in-house editorial/copy team and external agency partners / free-lancers. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the capability to provide design direction as support to the Creative Director. This position is responsible for connecting the brand narratives to customer insights and the business strategy. The Senior Creative Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting the marketing team along with his or her peers in the sales and customer experience teams to communicate the Omada brand and product value propositions, support sales efforts, creating content efficiencies and developing creative guidelines

The Senior Creative Strategy Manager must be able to convincingly present creative concepts & narratives to all parties. This person must exhibit outstanding creative judgment and develop content with the highest possible standards appropriate for all materials regardless of medium. The Senior Creative Strategy Manager obtains a working knowledge of buyers and consumers challenges and develops innovative and conceptual solutions to address those challenges, getting personally involved on creative challenges.

About you:

  • You are a customer obsessed entrepreneur and work well in a rapidly changing environment with an ability to prioritize efforts that will improve the customer experience.
  • Troubleshooter, optimizer, always looking to improve, not shying away from disruptive approaches, and always defining success first.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, both agency and in-house teams developing customer centric creative.
  • 15+ years of experience in narrative / copy creation with a consistent brand voice across print and digital mediums including websites.
  • Deep experience building strong brands with differentiating creative in the market.
  • Breadth of a portfolio demonstrating experience in understanding customer insights and applying those insights to develop memorable narratives that distill complex concepts for multiple audiences.
  • Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Experience managing large volumes of content creation, including production work.
  • Steady focus on getting the work done, on time with the highest standards and quality controls.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to stay unflappable when pressures climb.
  • Team mentality across a company-it's we, not me.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to comfortably navigate troubled waters between different teams and external partners.
  • Strong empathy, communication, influencing, and organizational skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to build a world-class brand leveraging the current strong foundation of the Omada brand in the marketplace.
  • Distill abstract business concepts along with buyer and consumer insights into impactful narratives that are memorable to customers.
  • Responsible for the brand narratives across channels and the standard of content output.
  • Ability to partner with the marketing team and key stakeholders to deliver on business needs across concepting to production leveraging in-house team and agencies/freelancers.
  • Support sales teams with large customers to create custom pitches that address customer's needs.
  • Ensure that all of the marketing driven narratives are consistent with the overall brand.
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $148,800 - $186,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $133,920 - $167,400*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
