About the Position:

A Recruiter Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, submitting candidates, and closing deals with healthcare professionals for contract assignments within hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Qualify candidates through consultative selling techniques.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates with varying specialties and qualifications within the industry.

• Manage relationships with all departments to ensure continuity of service with candidates.

• Take provided warm leads and successfully close deals to fill open job orders.

• Be a direct recruiter sourcing referrals not a job consultant that needs job boards.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, inside sales, outbound calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications required.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
