This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Partner Operations Analyst you will be amenable for working across multiple departments to support sales segment leaders and representatives by providing process initiatives and insights that can be used in forming a sales strategy. This analyst will start primarily crafting structured operational processes, management reports and business dashboards, monitor daily sales operations, and assess periodical performance. With enough understanding of the business operations, an analyst will collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing dashboards and reports, provide analytics of data, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend decisions on key operational concerns.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics.

  • Drive project achievements from concept through project closure.

  • Actively drive project status reporting, issue identification and risk management.

  • Assess and detail key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations.

  • Work synergetic with cross-functional teams - establish relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve achievements.

  • Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices.

  • Manage distribution of leads and enhance existing processes.

Essential Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales process analytics and reporting, business process design and/or consulting experience.

  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

  • Ability to work on large databases and synthesize into useful reports and dashboards.

  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other integrations.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills.

  • Ability to motivate change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to assemble, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help counsel decisions.

  • Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level.

  • Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and target date simultaneously.

  • Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies.

  • Amenable to work on night shifts and/or shifting schedules, with hybrid WFH setup.
