The Opportunity:

The Marketing Associate will help deliver best in class Omni channel merchandising and marketing strategies alongside omni-merchandising team and commercial marketing team leading and/or assisting various merch/marketing projects.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Will manage and assist on projects across catalog, merchandising, ecommerce, and promotions.
  • Work closely with cross functional partners to assist on key milestones.
  • Partner across the commercial and retail organizations to plan, communicate and execute promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Partners cross functionally with Merch, Commercial, Creative and IT teams on creating and executing seasonal set ups.
  • Lead bi-weekly operation and execution meetings to ensure alignment on key projects with cross-functional partners.
  • Kick off projects with creative team as needed.
  • Analyze post-mortems with data analytics teams.
  • Research/analyze competitive marketplace.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, or retail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented and organized.
  • Experience in Shopify or ecommerce systems.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A team player who can prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with multiple partner groups.
  • Must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality with sensitive information such as people management, budgets, strategic plans, etc.
  • Professional representation with internal employees, external vendors, partners via phone, email and in person.
  • Job complexity is high with multiple interactions and varied internal and external connections across all functions and levels. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Position demands the ability to seek out solutions to problems or find answers to questions and act with a high degree of independence. Must have a general business interest and ability to compile and summarize information from multiple areas.
  • Must deliver high quality output with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail especially with financial information.
  • Requires high concentration and flexibility as frequent interruptions often occur.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $89,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
