The Vice President, Retirement Services Sales & Strategy will join AssetMark Wealth Solutions, the product, strategy and investment arm of AssetMark, to lead our retirement sales and strategy organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Cash, Lending & Retirement Solutions, you will play a key role guiding the evolution, growth, and management of our 3(38) investment fiduciary offering that manages more than $2B in assets in workplace retirement business programs and provides independent financial advisors a flexible program that helps them win in the small- to mid-size workplace retirement business space.
As VP, Retirement Services Sales & Strategy you will be responsible for program growth and will rely on your retirement plan expertise to lead a team to unparalleled success. You will lead a dedicated sales team and will be responsible for setting strategy, driving new advisor acquisition, and growing share of wallet on existing advisors. You will be a credible and experienced leader with the presence to motivate, develop and lead a tenured group of sales reps. In addition, your ability to have strategic engagements with the Home Office providing a "voice of the field" on key market trends and emerging issues will be critical to your success.
You will also act as a key subject matter expert to guide the development of our product offer and client service model, partnering with all retirement related functional teams including investments, product, operations, service, sales, technology, risk, legal and compliance to ensure we're delivering a top flight client experience.
We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Encino, CA office.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $150,000-$200,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
