Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all office guests
    Professionally answer phones and manage calls accordingly
    Maintain professional appearance of the reception area, lobby
    Perform adminstrative tasks as assigned
    signing in visitors/handing out temporary badges
    Checking/responding to emails & Teams messages
    Organizing meetings
    Data entry
    Creating badges for new employees/deactivating them for ex-employees
    Sort USPS mail
    Printing and/or laminating signs, documents, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    Minimum of 1-2 related experience preferred with knowledge of corporate facilites dept.
    Excellent computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft software
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
    Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
    Assertive and resourceful; self motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative be able to communicate clearly.
