We have an outstanding position for a HR Specialist / Recruiting . Need to have experience with HR and staffing experience. This is a long term contract and 100% remote.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office.
Responsibilities include functional areas such as departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment and employment.
Need to have staffing and recruiting experience
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience needed
Experience with onboarding, and HR
Excellent communications skills
Three years of experience.
Pay 29-32.00
