This is more than just number crunching. You'll collaborate with a high-energy financial team, crafting monthly forecasts and in-depth cost/profit analysis to empower informed decision-making across the organization. Your sharp eye for detail will be crucial in analyzing actual results against plans, ensuring alignment in areas like sales, margins, capital, and staffing.

Your passion for learning new financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and accounting processes will fuel your own growth and contribute to the Central Functions Group's overall financial strength.

The day-to-day

  • Review, analyze. And support investment initiatives for various lines of business within the segment.
  • Actively monitor financial performance against expected results; explain material variances and drive the development of action plans to address gaps.
  • Partner with functional areas to manage headcount, including new hires and transfers.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and informative reporting packages to include trend analyses and KPIs and make impactful recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Support long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close process.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area.
  • 3-6 years "hands-on" Financial Analysis (FP&A) experience.
  • Experience owning and leading financial forecasts.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel).
  • Systems experience and proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with strong ability to deal with fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
  • Outstanding communication, time management and team building skills as this position will interact with team members across the business area and corporate functions at all levels.
  • US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status may be required for some projects in which case, verification of such status will be required upon accepting employment.

What will help you on the job

  • Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary range

$81,200.00 - $141,300.00 / annually
