Job Description
We are currently seeking a SeniorAssociatetodrive strategicpublic relations initiatives for JLL'sCapital Markets business linein the Americas.The individual will provide communications support to multiple stakeholders by contributing to externalcommunicationseffortsand lead development and delivery of critical project deliverables. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to learn the dynamics of media relations,messaging strategy, speaking engagements, and thought leadershipwithin a rewarding, collaborative, corporate environment in the commercial real estate industry.

This role is a hybrid role reporting toan Associate Director, Public Relations. Various U.S. locations will be considered


Responsibilities
External Communications
Contribute toPRplans, programs and activities that support business objectives and bring the JLL brand to life across multiple channels

Support media relations by writing and distributing public relations content, pitching storyideasand facilitating media spokesperson interviews

Enhance public relations programs through planning, research, content development, media monitoring and news release distribution

Develop and execute content for JLL's digital and social media channels - including LinkedIn and JLL.com-to support communications objectives

Craft short- and long-form journalistic content for external publications

Produce materials that promote executive visibility, including bylines andthought leadershipcontent

Maintain key corporate documents and asset libraries to enhance communication efforts

Provide logistics support on virtual/live events and town halls

Evaluate external speaking engagements and media opportunities

Contribute to reporting efforts for external communications initiatives

Partner with internal shared services teams for select projects involving design, metrics, and media monitoring

Relationship Management
Develop relationshipswithkey contacts at all levels of JLL's business

Manage productive relationships with internal partners to the business (such as marketing, research, internal communications, brand, digital, etc.) at regional, national, and global levels



Candidate profile
The candidate will have 3-5 years of communications experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
Desired degree in Marketing, Communications, PR,journalismor a related field

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities

Excellent reporting, writing, editing and verbal communication skills

Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, a love of learning, a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues at all levels

A desire to learn and grow communications capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Familiarity with SharePoint,Sprout Social and Cision media monitoring a plus (can be learned on the job)
