As a Sr. HR Coordinator, you'll support and help facilitate the human resource process by being involved in a broad range of HR projects and initiatives, with a heavy focus on supporting day to day HR administration, employee relations support, and onboarding new hires. In this role you will also partner in benefits enrollments, performance management processes, and various employee engagement initiatives. This position would also be accountable to inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property and can maintain confidentiality, maintenance, and security of employee and property records, files, and information.

What you'll do

  • Candidate Pre-Screening (Drug, backgrounds)
  • New Hire Onboarding (paperwork, processing, orientation)
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
  • Benefit enrollment assistance
  • HRIS employee transactions and data entry
  • Maintains paper and electronic employee files
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Supports management with HR programs, policies, and guidelines
  • May assist with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
  • May be involved in investigating employee related issues and/or concerns
  • Works with assigned client groups to field basic questions concerning policies, procedures, benefits, payroll and processes
  • Responds to unemployment claims
  • Comply with all existing government, labor and legal reporting requirements to minimize company exposure to lawsuits and manages sensitive and confidential information
  • Policy administration, compliance reporting (EEOC, AAP, FAA reporting), I-9 administration etc.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High School or GED required
  • Senior HR Coordinator - 1-2 years in an office environment preferred
