As an Implementation Specialist, Core Curriculum, you will provide implementation services and high-quality professional development (virtual and on-site) to district administrators, school leaders, and teachers as they implement Takeoff by IXL Math, IXL's groundbreaking new core curriculum that provides everything teachers need for their daily math instruction.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, strategic, well-spoken, polished, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-energy team. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a creative thinker and problem-solver with experience supporting core curriculum adoptions. #LI-REMOTE

This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in the Eastern United States.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Provide implementation support to districts throughout the core curriculum pilot and adoption process
  • Deliver engaging and impactful live and virtual professional development to teachers and administrators - up to 50% possible travel
  • Help develop professional development and implementation resources for Takeoff by IXL Math
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful implementation
  • Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of IXL
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of educational professional development experience
  • 2+ years of school or district leadership experience
  • Experience teaching elementary math
  • Experience leading a core curriculum adoption strongly preferred
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology
