Job Summary

The Manager/Sr. Manager Finance is an important finance leader who will partner with key corporate business leaders to drive decisions through actionable insights and ensure a consistent approach is taken and communicated across the organization. The role will be the finance business partner for the Product, Digital and IT groups, providing support in budgeting, forecasting, analysis of actual results, and project analysis. They will also support the overall company FP&A function working closely with the Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis, Chief Product Officer and Chief Digital Officer.


Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as lead business partner to corporate functions including IT, Finance, and Product, helping department leaders with their budgets and forecasts and understanding actual results.
  • Actively work with business partners to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Provide modeling and ROI analysis for key IT projects and other corporate initiatives, and track progress against targets.
  • Partner with the accounting team to assist in monthly corporate overhead close and analysis and provide insightful analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for capital expenditures budgeting / forecasting and actuals analysis and reporting.
  • Works closely with Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis on Company-wide financial reporting, analysis, planning, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as a key partner providing financial analysis insights for business decision-making.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or 5 or more years related experience including budgeting and reporting


Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)

  • Working experience partnering with corporate overhead leaders, including IT, Finance and Product.
  • Strong experience and ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis tools; Oracle Essbase experience a plus.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative for strategic business decisions.
  • Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $110,000 to $125,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
