Requirements

In this role, we're looking for someone who wants to help build things people rely on every day. This role will assemble electrical/mechanical components for control panels, test and calibrate parts and assemble enclosures and sub-assemblies units according to product specifications.

Your solid experience with hand tools, working with electrical components and ability to read schematics are the key to your future!


Essential Functions:

  • Aligns, fits, and assembles component parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates
  • Mounts electrical components such as breakers, transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, relays and sockets, on chassis panel
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure company product specifications are being followed
  • Reads blueprints, drawings, and procedures under close supervision
  • Use power tools, drills, and saws to assemble company specific products
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly schematics
  • Basic familiarity with assembly tools and ability to read unit of measurements
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Manual dexterity
  • Basic knowledge of units of measurement
