f you have strong computer and customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, that is all you need to qualify for this exciting opportunity!

Pay: $16 per hour

Hours: We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding scheduled hours. We have partnered with a 24/7 operation, and this role will require you to work various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding roadside assistance services through phone calls, emails, or online chat platforms.
  • Gather relevant information from customers to assess their needs accurately and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of assistance to customers in need.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Educate customers on available services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and exceed performance targets.
  • Handle escalated issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
