About the role:

The healthcare industry is undergoing significant digital transformation, shaping patient experiences and expectations. As a Manager for AI Product Delivery, you'll spearhead our enterprise AI programs, contributing to the ongoing digital transformation in healthcare.

In this role, you'll manage the delivery and alignment of our AI/Generative AI technology stack with our strategic roadmap and vision, ensuring seamless value delivery. You'll oversee portfolio management and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI initiatives. Acting as a key liaison, you'll advocate for the scalability of our AI capabilities and align our AI portfolio with our strategic plan, while ensuring prioritized programs receive necessary support for successful execution.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and expertise in project management. They'll understand both the technological landscape and the broader business objectives of the organization. Additionally, they'll proactively stay informed about emerging AI technologies and trends to drive innovation and inform decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leads the enterprise technology team in managing the AI program, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring effective execution to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to deliver and align the AI/GenAI technology stack and associated programs with the organization's strategic roadmap and vision, driving tangible value delivery.
  • Assumes responsibility for portfolio management and execution, forging strong partnerships with data, digital products, and platform owners across the organization to ensure successful implementation.
  • Acts as a key partner to AI/GenAI leaders throughout the technology organization, championing awareness of capabilities and opportunities for scalable growth.
  • Plays a pivotal role in shaping the AI/GenAI portfolio, contributing valuable insights and strategic direction to align with the organization's three-year strategy.
  • Works in tandem with IT and business teams, fostering collaboration to ensure prioritized programs receive the necessary resources and support for seamless execution and impactful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading global digital, data, AI, and large-scale programs, demonstrating proficiency in managing projects on a global scale.
  • 10+ years of experience managing technical third-party vendors across multiple technologies and architectures.
  • 5+ years of experience aligning digital, data, and AI strategies with the creation of a dedicated portfolio, showcasing tangible delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business leadership roles, directly managing teams of program managers adept at balancing business and technical aspects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading third-party platform optimization efforts, driving scalability and efficiency beyond standard operations.
  • Strong understanding of technical architectures.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Possession of Agile certifications.
  • Previous Product Team or Product Owner training.
  • Extensive experience in Generative AI/LLMs, with a proven track record of successfully delivering and implementing such solutions into production environments.
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation and staying abreast of the latest industry trends in AI/GenAI technology.
