Job Description

As the Vice President of NCP and Cloud AI Sales at DDN Storage, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of DDN Storage's industry-leading AI storage solutions in the cloud. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop, and execute strategic sales plans, and forge strong relationships with key cloud partners and customers to accelerate the company's success in the rapidly evolving cloud AI market.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of DDN Storage's AI storage solutions in the cloud, leveraging the company's proven track record of powering the world's most demanding AI workloads.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity that aligns with DDN Storage's values.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the cloud AI storage space, consistently exceeding targets and setting new standards for success.
  • Forge strong partnerships with leading cloud providers, ISVs, and other key players in the cloud AI ecosystem, positioning DDN Storage as the go-to solution for cloud based AI storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure the development and delivery of cutting-edge cloud AI storage solutions that meet evolving customer needs. Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to inform product development, go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioning in the cloud AI storage landscape.
  • Serve as a thought leader and evangelist for DDN Storage's cloud AI storage solutions, participating in industry events, webinars, and other forums to showcase the company's expertise and innovation.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and success, working closely with the customer support and professional services teams to deliver unparalleled value and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion in the enterprise technology space, with a focus on cloud, AI, or storage solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud AI market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities, and how DDN Storage's solutions uniquely address these factors
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement winning sales strategies in a highly competitive and dynamic market.
  • Strong relationships with key cloud providers, ISVs, and other influential players in the cloud AI ecosystem, with the ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
