Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of the Compliance Division (Division), the CEA-A will serve as the Investigative Services Branch (Branch) Chief. The incumbent is responsible for collaboratively building and maintaining an effective regulatory compliance, inspection, and enforcement program, ensuring alignment with the Department of Cannabis Control's (Department) strategic goals and values, coordinating with local agencies to support and streamline compliance processes, and local cannabis offices.
